Core technology
A regular dispenser that operates using air (compressed air) supplies air to the syringe to expel liquid. However, our Twin-air dispenser has a unique structure (R-unit) that supplies air between the syringe and nozzle. This structure has two air supply circuits, which is why it is called "Twin-air." By directly impacting the liquid, the air pressure supplied to this R-unit allows for highly precise and controlled dispensing of liquids.
Core Values
고점도액제 대응
We have a record of 1000 Pa·s. Air pressure acts directly on the liquid, enabling stable quantitative discharge of high viscosity liquid.
극소량 토출
Our dispenser is capable of dispensing with a diameter of 40μm or less. The highly responsive Twin-air dispenser can dispense for extremely short periods of time, such as 20ms. This results in micro-dispensing, which corresponds to several picoliters of liquid
SELF SUCK-BACK
Due to the action of the R-unit, it is possible to create negative pressure at the end of the discharge, a feature called "self-suckback". This makes it possible to prevent liquid dripping, wetting, and stringing
